BILLIGHT'S JOURNEY FROM BASEMENT TO BRAND

Billight was first created for Blake's friends. Pool has been a tradition in his friend group. His lovely mother is arguably the greatest cook in the world. Every holiday, his friends would eat dinner at their own houses and come over for leftovers and pool at Blake's house. Playing games until two in the morning required light. During one of those nights, the idea for a light-up pool table was born.

 

Every feature of Billight originated from trial and error with Blake's friends. "Call Your Shot" came from the Kris shot. One of Blake's oldest and closest friends, Kris, does not know how to play pool. He hits the balls as hard as he possibly can and hopes that one goes in. Blake started losing. Blake didn't like this. He made "Call Your Shot" to eliminate Kris shots. Kris wasn't happy, but he has gotten better at pool.
